Policies

All pets over 4 month are required to be up to date on their vaccines. By law we must keep rabies vaccine records on file. Failure to upload this to your client portal by the time of your appointment may result in the cancellation of your appointment and the appropriate cancellation fees being applied.

It is the client's responsibility to disclose any health conditions prior to the appointment. This includes, but is not limited to, heart disease, seizures, joint conditions, prior injuries, and ear infections. Dashing Paws LLC is not liable for any pre-existing conditions, known or unknown.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy 

We understand that life happens and sometimes you have to reschedule your appointment. We ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you are needing to cancel or reschedule. Cancelations and reschedules between 24-48 hours are subject to a $25/pet fee. Cancelations and reschedules with less than 24 hour notice and no shows* are subject to the base service price of scheduled package. Upgrades will not be charged. You will not be able to reschedule until the fee is paid.

Dashing Paws LLC reserves the right to drop clients with 3 or more late cancellations/no shows.

*No Shows are defined as Dashing Paws LLC arriving to the appointment but are unable to obtain the pet for their services. This can be because of the owner not being present or if we are able to access the property per owner's instructions but are unable to retrieve the pet.
